Hello Saturday. I wish you a happy weekend! Korea’s annual scholarship program is divided into two phases, called spring semester and fall semester. Spring semester starts in March and September for fall. So how do all the applications and submissions take before this official time?
A. TIME TO RECEIVE DOSES:
Applicants for Master / PhD scholarships should be sent a very early period. Records for the fall season start at the beginning of May and spring in October and November. If you submit at this time, you will avoid the situation “leg on the neck” paper (sometimes quite complicated and complicated in Vietnam). The receipt of applications for GS scholarships is only valid within the deadline, because if GS has accepted, then everything is done. However, the school needs to process the application, so we do not recommend delaying delays. After the receipt of the application as stated above, they will end up accepting in July for fall and December for spring. Filing sooner you will receive admission from school early and avoid making visa late. Time may be slightly different depending on the school, you should check the details on the school’s website to get accurate. You must contact the professor fairly soon, as early as possible before this deadline.
B. KNOWLEDGE:
On paper, you should be prepared early, Especially for those who finish college and study abroad. Because you will be very busy in the final year with a mountain of work, scholarship, contact professor and wonder about the intended. However, making a record of “indispensable” papers is always needed. The documents include the following:
1. Passport Do as always and as soon as possible. Very convenient. Often, the household registration will go to that province, however in 2007 I worked in Saigon (although my residence in the North). Laws are easier and especially for those of you who are far away. You can do it in Hanoi and SG without having to go home. Please apply for a temporary residence permit. But the most convenient is the local.
2. Household registration book, ID card: Need translation and notarization.
3. Transcript + Degree: Some schools in Vietnam now have changed and transcripts + are in bilingual. If you have, then you do not need notarization. Otherwise okay babe, notary not always. The difficulty with you is about to graduate, the scoreboard is not perfect, not yet. Tired not, okay (must be active and find solutions). Apply for a Certificate of Expected Graduation certificate to prove you will graduate at that time. And most of the Korean schools are ok. If the school does not have you can do it yourself, quite a lot of samples on the network. It is free-style but must be quite similar to state papers.
4. LoR (Letter of Recommendation) Letter of recommendation from the teacher (At least doctorate). Usually a person is an advisor or mentor, the other is the head / vice dean. You refer to the samples on the internet, So much and edit in your direction. However, avoid writing VNmese, eg, “I was born in a poor family” … I do not encourage such a way. Pay attention and send experienced people check in advance. C. NOTES:
In the papers we have just mentioned, these are “do’s” whether or not they receive a scholarship. When contact Lab and professor, do not need to send these papers. Then you should send the original through courier. Do not worry about courier time offline. It only takes two or three days. Because after processing the application, they will need you to submit the original. SUMMARY: The pre-release software is quick to process, the original is sent later.
D. WHEN YOU HAVE BEEN ACCEPTED, WHAT SHOULD YOU DO VISA?
Once the GS is ok, and the field accept. You will be sent by the school to Vietnam paper for you. It is paper admission (Admission), One of the most important types of paper. This paper combined with the documents as you send to Korea to embassy Vietnam as Visa. NOTE: Most Difficult and Most Important: Financial Proof – THAT IS REQUESTED FROM THE ROK ROAD IN VIETNAM. For those who receive government scholarships, this is not a requirement. However, the scholarship recipients are quite daunting. The best solution is as follows: You contact your GS, and ask the GS to make the following three papers:
1. Proof of GS professors (Easy, GS to print the school is offline).
2. Bank statements are more than $ 10,000 by GS. (Easy, GS bank print out is done).
3. Handwritten Paper: GS is the name of the GS, the school GS, the date of birth.
Now GS confirms the financial support for this ABC Student, including: living expenses, tuition fees during Korean Master / PhD studies. Then write contacts, contact GS in Korea. They often call through the verification directly. GS prints out, signing is complete. I have a lot of experience with these three types of paper because several times GS. You can rest assured. Okay, and next, you should clarify with GS that you should send both the admission and the 3 types of guarantee to your address. Your address in Vietnam should be near the town / city is best.
