[TRUNG QUỐC] Youth of Excellence Scheme of China Program Chinese Government Scholarship

1. Giới thiệu

Nhằm đào tạo nhân tài quản trị toàn cầu với tầm nhìn quốc tế rộng mở, chất lượng tổng thể vượt trội, khả năng lãnh đạo xuất sắc và nền tảng đa văn hóa, Hội đồng Học bổng Trung Quốc (CSC) triển khai Chương trình Thanh niên Xuất sắc Trung Quốc (Youth of Excellence Scheme of China Program).

2. Nội dung

  1. Số lượng tuyển sinh: 200 học viên.
  2. Đối tượng hỗ trợ: Học viên chương trình thạc sĩ.
  3. Ngôn ngữ giảng dạy: Tiếng Anh.
  4. Hình thức và thời gian đào tạo:
    • Về nguyên tắc, chương trình kéo dài 12 tháng và cấp bằng thạc sĩ.
    • Một số chương trình áp dụng mô hình “1+1“, nghĩa là trong năm học đầu tiên, học viên sẽ học toàn thời gian tại các trường đại học Trung Quốc, hoàn thành các môn học và nghiên cứu cơ bản.
    • Trong năm học thứ hai, học viên về nước làm việc và hoàn thành luận văn dựa trên nghiên cứu thực tế tại cơ quan công tác. Sau đó, họ trở lại Trung Quốc để bảo vệ luận văn theo yêu cầu của trường đại học.
    • Bằng thạc sĩ sẽ được cấp nếu học viên hoàn thành thành công bảo vệ luận văn.
  5. Chế độ học bổng: Học bổng toàn phần.

3. Yêu cầu ứng tuyển

  1. Là công dân của quốc gia ngoài Trung Quốc, có sức khỏe tốt về thể chất và tinh thần, dưới 45 tuổi.
  2. Tốt nghiệp cử nhân trở lên và có tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc. Ứng viên có kinh nghiệm làm việc hoặc đào tạo chuyên môn liên quan đến chương trình đăng ký sẽ được ưu tiên.
  3. Ứng viên phải thuộc một trong bốn nhóm sau:
    • Quan chức chính phủ từ cấp trưởng phòng (hoặc tương đương) trở lên.
    • Quản lý cấp cao của tổ chức hoặc doanh nghiệp.
    • Quản lý hành chính tại trường đại học hoặc viện nghiên cứu khoa học.
    • Người có kinh nghiệm làm việc hoặc thực tập tại tổ chức quốc tế.
  4. Thư mời nhập học trước (Pre-admission Letter) từ trường đại học phải đầy đủ thông tin về hồ sơ cá nhân, thời gian nhập học, ngành học, không được đề cập đến bất kỳ cam kết nào về việc đã nhận học bổng chính phủ Trung Quốc.

4. Cách thức ứng tuyển

1) Ứng tuyển trực tuyến

  • Ứng viên nộp hồ sơ tại Hệ thống Học bổng Chính phủ Trung Quốc: http://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/#/login
  • Hạn chót: 23:59 ngày 31/03/2025 (GMT+8).
  • Ứng viên phải có thư mời nhập học trước từ một trong các chương trình đào tạo khi đăng ký.
  • Chọn “Type A” cho loại học bổng và sử dụng mã cơ quan “1563” để tìm “Youth of Excellence Scheme of China”.

2) Xử lý hồ sơ

  • Hội đồng Học bổng Trung Quốc tiếp nhận hồ sơ, xét duyệt tài liệu và tổ chức đánh giá chuyên gia trước khi quyết định danh sách trúng tuyển.

5. Quy trình xét tuyển

  1. Hội đồng Học bổng Trung Quốc tiến hành xét duyệt hồ sơ sơ bộ.
  2. Hội đồng chuyên gia tiếp tục đánh giá và đưa ra quyết định cuối cùng.
  3. Kết quả trúng tuyển sẽ được công bố sau khi hoàn tất đánh giá.

6. Thời gian và các bước thực hiện

3 Tháng 5/2025 Xét duyệt hồ sơ Hội đồng chuyên gia xét duyệt hồ sơ và chọn ứng viên trúng tuyển.
4 Tháng 6/2025 Công bố kết quả Danh sách trúng tuyển được công bố, gửi tài liệu nhập học.
5 Tháng 7 – 8/2025 Xin visa du học Ứng viên trúng tuyển đến đại sứ quán/lãnh sự quán Trung Quốc để xin visa.
6 Tháng 9/2025 Nhập học Học viên đến trường, làm thủ tục nhập học và xin giấy phép cư trú.
