Schofan nào đang háo hức đi Đức mà được tài trợ toàn bộ toàn vé máy bay, tiền khách sạn, các bữa ăn và các chi phí liên quan kể cả bảo hiểm y tế thì apply ngay các chương trình này đi nhé. Đây là chương trình do Đại sứ quán Đức tại Hà Nội và Tổng lãnh sự quán Đức tại Tp. Hồ Chí Minh tại trợ cho chuyến đi ngắn ngày này nhằm mở rộng tầm nhìn của ứng viên và phát triển mạng lưới liên kết nghề nghiệp với nước Đức. Mỗi chuyến đi tập trung vào một chủ đề khác nhau như chính trị, xã hội, văn hóa, kinh tế hoặc nhân dịp diễn ra các sự kiện đặc biệt. Lưu ý thêm đó là mỗi chủ đề có một deadline khác nhau, nhưng một người có thể đăng ký nhiều chương trình khác nhau, một người chỉ có thể đi một chương trình nên mọi người nhớ coi và apply cẩn thận nhé.
Chương trình sẽ tạo điều kiện cho các ứng viên mở rộng tầm nhìn ban đầu về nước Đức và phát triển mạng lưới liên kết nghề nghiệp với nước Đức. Mỗi chuyến đi tập trung vào một chủ đề khác nhau như chính trị, xã hội, văn hóa, kinh tế hoặc nhân dịp diễn ra các sự kiện đặc biệt. Ngôn ngữ giao tiếp chính của chương trình là tiếng Anh.
Chương trình này không dành cho sinh viên và chỉ dành cho các cán bộ, chuyên gia hoặc nhà báo (xem kỹ trong phần Đối tượng tham dự của từng Chương trình!)
Nếu được mời, ứng viên sẽ được tài trợ các chi phí đi lại tại Đức (vé máy bay hai chiều), tiền khách sạn, các bữa ăn và các chi phí liên quan kể cả bảo hiểm y tế cho toàn bộ thời gian ở Đức.
Cách thức nộp hồ sơ:
Ứng viên nộp một bộ hồ sơ bằng tiếng Anh gửi qua thư điện tử cho Đại sứ quán Đức/ Tổng lãnh sự quán Đức bao gồm một bản mô tả lý do đăng ký tham dự chương trình, một bản sơ yếu lý lịch và bản chụp các bằng cấp quan trọng bổ sung cho sơ yếu lý lịch (nếu có) dưới các định dạng tiêu chuẩn (doc, PDF, jpg, zip vv.). Lưu ý hồ sơ gửi qua mail không quá 7MB.
Chỉ các ứng viên được chọn vào vòng trong mới được liên hệ để mời đến phỏng vấn.
Các ứng viên nộp hồ sơ thành công sẽ được liên hệ trong thời gian sớm nhất và sẽ nhận được giấy mời bằng văn bản bao gồm các thông tin chi tiết về chuyến đi và các bước chuẩn bị tiếp theo.
Các ứng viên có thể cùng lúc nộp nhiều hồ sơ cho một chuyến đi (lưu ý nộp riêng bản mô tả lý do đăng ký tham dự chương trình cho từng chuyến đi). Nếu được chọn, ứng viên chỉ được phép tham dự một chuyến đi duy nhất và chỉ có thể được nộp hồ sơ cho các chuyến đi khác sau thời hạn ba năm tham dự chương trình đăng ký thành công.
